Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify pain points and opportunities
• Develop and map customer journeys, service blueprints, and workflows to enhance engagement
• Synthesize research findings from user research and other data sources (e.g. market research, usability research, data analytics, and secondary research) into actionable insights and recommendations
• Drive product design phases and discovery processes, facilitating research, workshops, and concept validation
• Define user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on research insights and best practices
• Work with design systems and create high-fidelity UI mockups that align with brand guidelines
• Validate designs through A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops
• Ensure designs meet WCAG and other accessibility standards for inclusivity
